European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Compliance

Do You Want Us To Stay In Contact?

As you may be aware, new GDPR legislation is due to come into force on 25 May 2018. As such, we are attempting to contact all customers or suppliers whose contact details we hold, in order to determine if you want us to remain in contact with you.

What does GDPR stand for: a meaning and definition

The European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR for short) is built around two key principles.

  1. Giving citizens and residents more control of their personal data
  2. Simplifying regulations for international businesses with a unifying regulation that stands across the European Union (EU)

In practice, if you want us to retain your contact details for future reference, so that we can keep you updated on our business and offers, we require your explicit consent in order to ensure the latest legal compliance. If we do not hear from you, you have ‘a right to be forgotten’ under the legislation and we shall ensure your details are deleted from our systems.

So, if you want us to stay in touch please COMPLETE THE FORM, AND click the resubscribe button by 31 May 2018.

Whilst we are not catching salmon commercially at the moment, due to Scottish Government restrictions, the situation may well change in future and we want to be ready to update you.

Thank you for your assistance and interest in our business.

David and George Pullar
